oven-roasted broccoli (lightly coated in olive oil, oyster sauce, and Splenda)
4 ounces of ham with 1 tbsp spicy ranch dip
1 ounce of peanuts
1 Barber Foods cordon bleu stuffed chicken breast
1/2 cup of ricotta with Splenda
snow peas dipped in spicy ranch dip
sugar-free Jello butterscotch pudding
