flatbread low-carb pepperoni and mushroom pizza (made on Flat-Out brand wrap)
1 oz of shelled unsalted peanuts
1 sugar-free jello pudding cup (Dulce de Leche flavor) topped with whipped cream
1 cup of waffle cut sweet potato fries with 1 tbsp of low-carb ketchup
freezer meal portion (approximately 1 to 1-1/2 cups) of Jeff's chili
baby spinach leaves dipped into 1/4 cup spinach and artichoke hummus
small makeshift deli platter thrown together (a few slices of ham and salami and slices of mozzarella cheese dipped into a mixture of mayo and garlic mustard)
